This can be by phone or in person. I learn the themes that your school wants to emphasize so that I figure out which ones I can work into the lyrics.
I arrange the songs, whose skeletons I've already written. I work your themes into the chants and choruses that the students will sing.
The songs are first presented to the students in large group, or assembly format.
From there, I workshop with smaller groups you have chosen to do the recording. If it was to be a five song CD, we could break your student body into five workshops. That way we'd have every student's voice on the CD. (The student parts are group parts, as opposed to solos. None require carrying a tune.)
You might post the song on the school website for download or streaming, you might make a CD for each classroom or even one for each child.
